Case-by-Case Returns

Returns and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product purchased. Approval of any return or refund is at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Make-up products
  • Wigs
  • Custom or made-to-order costumes. We will address modifications needed for custom costumes on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to ask me for clarification.

These items are final sale.

Requesting a Return or Refund

If you believe your order may qualify for a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and details of your request. We will review your inquiry and respond with next steps.

Condition of Approved Returns

If a return is approved, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Additional requirements may apply depending on the product.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
